Bone in or out?

By far the most popular Lamb joint, the leg is a lean cut of lamb, with a layer of outer fat, which keeps it moist whilst cooking. Our lambs are sourced from British farms, and are trimmed and tied into a joint by our butchers. We recommend to keep the bone in for flavour, but if you rather have it boneless, just select the option and we'll remove the bone!

Please remember the overall leg joint will weigh less once the bone is removed! (A 1kg leg boneless may weigh 850-900g for example)
