Braising steak is a lean beef cut and is ideal for stews and casseroles. When slow cooked, the steak will just melt in your mouth. All our beef comes from british beef and each steak is hand cut by our butchers.
Keep refrigerated < 5°C after delivery. We vacuum pack our beef to help keep it fresher for longer, typically with a 5 day shelf life. If you plan on freezing, please freeze on the day of delivery for best results.
