Beef brisket is a more traditional cut, and when slow cooked it will just melt away. Brisket can be treated the same as pulled pork, as once its been slow cooked it can easily be shredded for pulled beef, or for extra tasty Sunday roast! Sold in 1 kilo joints.
Keep refrigerated < 5°C after delivery. We vacuum pack our beef to help keep it fresher for longer, typically with a 7 day shelf life. If you plan on freezing, please freeze on the day of delivery for best results.
